Moncler Westerlies Down Shirt Jacket - Blue

Aquaflect is an advanced technical fabric used by Moncler. It is known for its water-repellent properties and lightweight feel, designed to offer protection and comfort while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

The jacket is insulated with a blend of 90% down and 10% feather, providing high warmth-to-weight ratio.

The jacket must be dry cleaned only. Do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry.

The Aquaflect fabric offers water-repellent protection, suitable for light rain and snow. For extremely wet or heavy precipitation, a more robust waterproof outer layer might be necessary.

The leather tag and any leather inserts are made from cowhide.

While the down insulation provides significant warmth, its shirt jacket design makes it ideal for moderate to cool temperatures or as a layering piece in colder climates.

This Moncler jacket is made in Italy.

The down may be compressed during shipping. Gently shake the jacket or tumble dry on a *low, no-heat setting* with a few clean tennis balls for about 15-20 minutes to help restore loft.

Over time, the water-repellent finish can diminish. Consider using a specialized technical wash and re-proofer for down garments, following product instructions carefully. Avoid fabric softeners or harsh detergents.

For small spots, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Blot gently and allow to air dry. For significant stains, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper. If it feels stiff, apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil tip) or a silicone-based lubricant sparingly along the zipper teeth. Avoid excessive force.
