Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly of the Impulse Desk requires a screwdriver and, ideally, a rubber mallet. Due to the weight of the 25mm top and steel frame, we highly recommend assembly by two people.
Setup Steps:
- Lay the top face down on a soft, protective surface to avoid scratching the oak finish.
- Align the double strut legs with the pre-drilled holes on the underside.
- Secure the legs using the provided steel-to-steel fixings; do not over-tighten initially until the frame is fully square.
- Attach the 18mm modesty panel.
- Carefully turn the desk upright and adjust the leveling feet to match your floor surface.
Care: Clean the melamine surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that could degrade the ABS edging. Check the steel fixings every six months to ensure they remain tight.
