Troubleshooting
Elastic band feels loose
The elastic band may stretch over time with heavy use. Avoid over-stretching it when closing the notebook. If it becomes significantly loose, it may need replacement, though this is not a standard user-serviceable part.
Ink bleeding through pages
If using very wet ink pens or markers, the paper might show bleed-through. Try using a ballpoint pen or a fine-tip gel pen. Alternatively, place a protective sheet of paper behind the page you are writing on.
Cover shows smudges or dirt
Gently wipe the cover with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution on the cloth, then wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.
