The Datavideo RMC-300A is a multi-functional multi-camera controller with advanced control protocols like Sony VISCA and Datavideo DVIP. It can control up to 24 Datavideo PTZ and block cameras via DVIP or up to 8 Datavideo cameras through serial RS-422 transmission, offering great flexibility for EFP workflows. The controller features a user-friendly 5-inch LCD touch panel with hardware buttons for efficient management. Connectivity includes dual USB 2.0 ports, a 10/100Mbps Ethernet port with RJ-45, and eight RS-422 ports (RJ-45 connectors). It supports up to 24 cameras with 7 preset memories per camera, and its GUI on the LCD provides easy access to settings like Shutter, Focus, IRIS, Gain, Zoom, and movement speeds. The enhanced Auto Tracking (AT) feature allows precise subject tracking with options for object selection and tracking speed adjustment, including positional options like left third, right third, or center frame, and framing options for full body, half body, or close-up. It also offers smart PTZ speed adaptation using an integrated PID algorithm for smooth camera movements. The RMC-300A includes Image Key and Graphic Key functionalities for streamlined operations and workflow efficiency. Live video preview is available on the screen via RTSP, eliminating the need for extra software or hardware. Professional use is enhanced with a 2-axis joystick and zoom knob for single-person control, and it offers 3 speed settings: Fast, Medium, and Slow.
