The Sunningdale Agate Grey GRP Front Door is designed for both security and energy efficiency. It features a double-glazed, high-energy efficient toughened safety unit. The GRP skin and high-density polyurethane foam core provide excellent stability against the elements and water ingress, contributing to exceptional thermal efficiency and reduced energy bills. This door boasts a high-security locking system compatible with Kubu, an intelligent alerting system for enhanced home security. It comes complete with a handle, a low aluminium threshold, and a PVC cill. The dimensions are 920mm x 2090mm, with the height including the cill. All product handing is viewed from the outside. Kubu door sensors integrate seamlessly with secure multi-point door locks and your chosen cylinder to enhance home security discreetly without compromising aesthetics. The door offers excellent strength and is six times more thermally efficient than a traditional timber door. The frame, handle, lock, cill, and letterplate are included. The frame depth is 70mm, utilizing a 44mm GRP composite slab. It has a U-Value of 1.1 W/m²K and comes with a 10-year guarantee. Weight: 50.0 kg.
