Yes, both pillows are removable, allowing you to adjust the chair to your specific comfort preference.
The chair comes with smooth-rolling wheels designed for standard indoor use; however, using a floor mat is recommended to prevent scratches on delicate surfaces.
No, the armrests are padded for comfort but are in a fixed position.
While exact shipping weight varies, the heavy-duty steel construction makes the chair robust enough for daily adult use.
The chair is designed for self-assembly. While straightforward, it is highly recommended to have a second person help hold the pieces in place during the attachment of the backrest to the seat.
No, this chair is strictly for indoor use to protect the faux leather upholstery and metal components from environmental wear.
Check all bolts and screws to ensure they are fully tightened; apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the pivot points if the noise persists.
Verify that the recline lever is fully released and engaged properly; ensure the tension spring underneath the seat is not obstructed.
Check that all wheels are fully inserted into the base and that the central gas lift is securely seated in both the base and the seat mount.
Because the Samuel Alexander Ergonomic Gaming Chair is supplied flat-packed, clear a spacious area to lay out all components before you begin. Ensure you have the necessary tools—usually a hex key—provided in the hardware kit. Align the backrest carefully with the seat base before tightening bolts to ensure the recline mechanism functions smoothly. For daily care, wipe the upholstery regularly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to prevent dust buildup. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents that might degrade the faux leather. Tighten the base bolts every few months to maintain structural stability.
