The bag measures 33cm in height, 14cm in width, and 22cm in depth.
No, machine washing can damage the insulation and the exterior fabric. It should be spot-cleaned or wiped down by hand.
The bag is designed to be water-resistant, but it should not be submerged in water or left out in heavy rain.
No, the bag does not include ice packs. You can use any standard reusable gel pack for cooling.
With a height of 33cm, it can accommodate most standard water bottles, provided the overall contents of the bag allow the zipper to close securely.
Wipe the interior thoroughly with a mixture of water and mild dish soap, then leave the bag open in a well-ventilated area until completely dry.
Ensure that your food is pre-chilled before packing and include a frozen ice pack inside the bag. Minimize the time the bag remains unzipped.
No complex setup is required; simply place your pre-chilled or room-temperature food inside the bag. To maximize thermal performance, we recommend including a small reusable ice pack at the bottom. Regarding compatibility, the bag fits most standard-sized lunch containers. For care, avoid submerging the bag in water. Instead, wipe the interior lining with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use to prevent odors. For the exterior, spot clean gently with a soft cloth to protect the integrity of the print.
