These Master Lock Heavy-duty ratchet tie-downs are designed to secure luggage or other loads to cars, van roof racks, and/or trailers. They are manufactured from very strong webbing material, will withstand all weather conditions, and are fitted with an easy-to-use heavy-duty ratchet cam mechanism and J-type hooks. Includes PVC grip on the ratchet and strap tie-back for excess strap. TUV certified. The Master Lock Ratchet Tie-Downs with J-Hooks have the following specification: Length: 4.5m, Width: 35mm.
