Full details
This 20cm 3 Wick Solar TruGlow® Candle is designed for those who want to add a beautiful, ambient light to their outdoor spaces during warmer months. Its key benefit is providing a gorgeous and sustainable illumination with the classic look of a 3-wick candle, powered by innovative solar technology. Troubleshooting
Candle not illuminating
Ensure the candle has been placed in direct sunlight for at least 5 hours to charge. Check that the 'on/off' switch on the reverse is in the 'on' position. Verify that the solar panel is clean and free from debris.
Flickering is inconsistent
This can be due to insufficient solar charge. Try placing the candle in a location with stronger, more consistent sunlight for a full day. Check for any obstructions blocking sunlight to the panel.
Plastic casing appears faded
While designed for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to harsh elements can affect appearance. Refer to the care instructions and store indoors when not in use, especially during off-seasons.
