Full details
The Dekko Potty Trainer Seat in Blue is designed for parents and caregivers looking to make toilet training for toddlers a fun, encouraging, and smooth process. Its key benefit is its versatile 3-in-1 design that adapts to a child's growth, from a standalone potty to a toilet seat reducer. A potential caveat is the need for consistent adult supervision during the transition phases to ensure proper use and safety.

FAQs
What age is this potty trainer suitable for?
The Dekko Potty Trainer Seat is designed for toddlers and young children who are beginning or in the process of toilet training, typically starting around 18 months to 3 years old, depending on the child's development.
How do I transition from the floor potty to the toilet seat?
To transition, detach the seat and lid from the base. These components then securely snap onto your adult toilet seat, providing a smaller, more comfortable seat for your child.
Is the material safe for children?
Yes, the potty trainer is made from eco-friendly, non-toxic PP material, which is safe for children and durable for regular use.
How do I clean the removable bucket?
The removable bucket can be easily detached and cleaned with warm, soapy water. Rinse it thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before reattaching it to the potty trainer.
Does it come with a splash guard?
Yes, it includes a splash guard, which is particularly helpful for boys to prevent messes and keep the surrounding area clean.
Can the toilet tissue holder be removed?
The toilet tissue holder is designed to be retractable and is a fixed part of the seat design. It does not detach for cleaning.
What is the weight limit for this potty trainer?
While specific weight limits are not provided, the product is constructed from durable PP material designed to support a toddler during toilet training. Always ensure stability and supervise your child.
Troubleshooting
Potty trainer is unstable on the floor
Ensure the potty is placed on a flat, even surface. Check that all components are correctly assembled and locked in place.
Seat doesn't fit securely on the adult toilet
Verify that you are using the correct attachment method for your adult toilet seat. Ensure no obstructions are preventing a secure fit. Some toilet seat shapes may not be compatible.
Removable bucket is difficult to detach
Gently pull the bucket while ensuring any locking mechanisms are disengaged. Refer to the product manual for specific instructions on detaching the bucket.
Toilet tissue holder is stiff or stuck
Gently try to extend and retract the holder. Ensure no debris is obstructing its movement. If stiffness persists, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant *might* be carefully applied, but check product care instructions first.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Assemble the potty trainer according to the included instructions, ensuring all parts click securely into place.
- If using as a floor potty, place it on a stable, level surface.
- For transition mode, ensure the seat and lid are firmly attached to your adult toilet seat, checking for stability before allowing your child to use it.
Compatibility:
- The detachable seat is designed to fit most standard adult toilet seats. However, it may not be compatible with unusually shaped or oversized toilets.
Care:
- Cleaning the Removable Bucket: Detach the bucket from the main unit. Empty contents and wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before reinserting.
- Cleaning the Seat and Lid: Wipe all surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which can damage the material.
- Regular Maintenance: Periodically check all connection points for stability, especially when used as a toilet seat reducer.
