Water is not flushing correctly or is slow to refill.
Check the water supply connection to the concealed cistern and the flush mechanism itself. Consult your plumber if issues persist.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: The Rea Carlos Slim Lava Shiny toilet bowl is designed for wall-hung installation. It includes a mounting kit for the bowl itself. Ensure your plumbing system can accommodate a wall-mounted fixture, including a concealed cistern and flush mechanism (typically sold separately or as part of a bathroom suite). Professional installation by a qualified plumber is strongly recommended to ensure correct mounting, water supply, and waste connection.
Compatibility: This toilet bowl is compatible with standard concealed cisterns designed for wall-hung toilets. The mounting distance is specified at 180 mm. The included Duroplast seat is specifically designed for this model.
Care: To maintain the pristine appearance of the lava shiny finish and sanitary ceramics, clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals that could damage the surface. For the rimless bowl, a toilet brush and a mild, non-abrasive toilet cleaner are sufficient. The detachable seat can be removed by releasing the fixings, allowing for thorough cleaning of both the seat and the bowl area.
