Product Information

Full details

The Kuando Busylight UC Omega is a 2-in-1 solution designed for the open office, front offices, and cubicle environments. It provides a visual presence indicator, displaying your Lync presence state to help manage interruptions. The Busylight rings and flashes on incoming calls and IMs for platforms like Microsoft Lync/SfB and Cisco Jabber. It is qualified for Lync/Skype for Business. The accompanying software offers valuable hotkey functions for easy call handling, including Busy-on-Busy to suppress second incoming calls, a Fast Dialout hotkey, and Answer/Hang-up call hotkeys. The Busylight ensures fewer missed calls, especially when using headsets, and helps prevent errors caused by interruptions. You can configure volume and ringtones, or opt for silent flashes for discreet notifications.
