Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the Pura Max 2, ensure the base is placed on a flat, stable surface near a grounded power outlet. Connect the unit to your 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi network using the PETKIT mobile app to enable remote monitoring and status updates. When adding litter, ensure the level does not exceed the marked 'MAX' line inside the cylinder to prevent mechanical interference. For routine care, wipe the outer shell with a damp cloth. The interior cylinder can be detached for deep cleaning; ensure it is completely dry before reassembling. Regularly check the waste bin level via the app and dispose of the bag when prompted to maintain optimal suction and odor filtration.
