Troubleshooting
Roll does not fit the dispenser holder
Check if your dispenser is configured for standard roll widths; if it is a tension-style holder, ensure the spring mechanism is fully compressed.
Paper tearing prematurely
Check if the toilet paper roll is catching on the edge of the dispenser wall and ensure it is mounted with enough clearance to rotate freely.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These rolls are designed for compatibility with all standard toilet paper dispensers and wall-mounted holders. To maintain the integrity of the sheets, ensure they are stored in a dry, cool location. Moisture can compromise the texture and the adhesive properties of the quilting, so avoid keeping the pack on the floor or near a leaky shower. When installing a new roll, ensure it is aligned to pull from the top to prevent accidental unspooling.
