Consult the user manual for instructions on adjusting the timer settings. There is usually a dial or control inside the fan that allows you to set the run time.

How do I adjust the humidity sensor?

Refer to the user manual for instructions on adjusting the humidity sensor. It typically involves setting a threshold level (e.g., 60-90% humidity) that triggers the fan's operation.

Is the fan suitable for use in a shower?

The fan has an IPX4 rating, making it suitable for use in bathrooms, but it should not be directly exposed to water sprays.

What is the extraction rate of the fan?

The extraction rate is 97m3/hr. This indicates how much air the fan can extract per hour.

Can I install the fan myself?

Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and correct operation.

How often should I clean the fan?

Regularly wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and periodically clean the fan blades to maintain optimal airflow and performance. The frequency depends on the usage and environment, but at least every six months is recommended.

Troubleshooting

Fan does not turn on.

Check the power supply and ensure the fan is properly connected. Verify the circuit breaker hasn't tripped.

Fan runs continuously.

Check the humidity sensor settings. The fan may be set to a high sensitivity level or the humidity in the room may be constantly high.

Fan is making excessive noise.

Check for obstructions in the fan blades. Ensure the fan is properly mounted and not vibrating against the mounting surface.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Quiet operation minimizes noise pollution in your home.
The humidity sensor helps prevent mold and mildew growth.
The adjustable timer offers customizable operation.
The IPX4 rating ensures safe use in bathrooms.
Stylish chrome finish complements various interior designs.

Cons

The compact size, while beneficial, may limit airflow in larger spaces.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and optimal performance. Ensure the fan is compatible with your existing electrical setup. The fan's dimensions (15.8cm x 15.8cm x 3cm) should be considered when choosing a location. Ensure there's sufficient space for mounting and access to the electrical connection.

To clean, simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Regularly check and clean the fan blades to maintain optimal airflow. Ensure the fan is turned off and disconnected from the power supply before cleaning.
