Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack all components, including the tent fabric, poles, stakes, and guy ropes.
- Lay out the tent fabric on a clear, flat surface.
- Assemble the fiberglass poles and insert them into the designated sleeves or channels on the tent fabric.
- Use the pin-and-ring system to connect the poles to the tent's anchor points.
- Raise the tent by lifting the poles.
- Secure the tent to the ground using the provided stakes, pushing them firmly into the soil.
- Attach and tension the guy ropes to the tent's loops and anchor them to the ground for added stability, especially in windy conditions.
Compatibility:
This tent is designed for general camping use on various types of terrain where stakes can be used. It is not designed for extreme weather conditions or high-wind environments without additional secure anchoring.
Care:
- Cleaning: Clean the tent fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: Always ensure the tent is completely dry before packing it away to prevent mildew and odor.
- Storage: Store the tent in its carry bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.
- Fire Safety: Keep the tent fabric away from open flames, heat sources, and smoking materials, as the material is flammable.
