The Lezyne Alloy Drive Hand Pump is for cyclists needing to quickly inflate larger volume tires, like those found on mountain bikes or fat bikes. Its primary benefit is high-volume output in a compact, lightweight design. A potential caveat is its maximum pressure of 90psi, which may be insufficient for high-pressure road tires. This pump is constructed from CNC-machined aluminum and features an efficient overlapping handle, a Presta/Schrader compatible ABS Flex Hose with an integrated valve core tool, and a composite matrix frame mount.

The Lezyne Alloy Drive Hand Pump has a maximum pressure rating of 90 psi (6.2 bar).
While it can inflate road tires, its high-volume design is optimized for larger tires. The 90 psi limit may not be sufficient for many road bike applications that require higher pressures.
The ABS Flex Hose is designed to work with both. For Presta valves, unscrew the valve nut before attaching the pump head. For Schrader valves, attach the pump head directly.
The tool allows you to easily remove or tighten the valve core on your tire tubes, useful for maintenance or emergencies.
The medium size (MPN L-1-MP-ALLDR-V2M04U) measures 216mm and weighs 128g.
The blue color variant is not available in the United States.
Wipe the pump with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place and periodically check the hose for wear.
Ensure the ABS Flex Hose is securely attached to the tire valve. Check that the pump head is correctly seated on the valve. Verify the valve is functional and not blocked. For Presta valves, ensure the valve nut is unscrewed.
Check the seal between the pump head and the tire valve. Ensure the valve core is properly seated and tightened using the integrated tool if necessary. Inspect the hose for any cracks or damage.
Ensure the pump is not exposed to extreme temperatures or dirt. Lightly lubricate the pump's internal piston if necessary, following manufacturer guidelines for lubricants. Check for any obstructions.
Re-tighten the screws or straps holding the frame mount to the bike. Ensure the pump is fully seated in the mount before riding.
