Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your Neptune Narwhal in pristine condition, avoid machine washing, which can damage the delicate pile of the fabric. Instead, use a soft cloth with a mild soap solution to gently spot clean any surface dirt. Allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources. There is no specific setup required; it is ready for display or gifting immediately upon unpacking. It is compatible with all age groups but is best preserved when kept away from harsh environmental conditions.
