The glass portion is generally dishwasher safe, but we strongly recommend hand-washing the acacia wood lid to maintain its finish and prevent cracking.
This jar is designed for dry goods. While it has an airtight seal, it is not intended for liquid storage or pressure-sealed canning.

If using liquid markers, ensure the ink is water-based for easy removal. To keep the silicone seal performing at its best, periodically remove it, wash it, and ensure it is fully dry before re-seating it on the lid.
