What if the mirror doesn't stay in place?

Troubleshooting
Mirror is not secure and slips down.
Ensure the straps are tightened firmly around the headrest posts. If the headrest is very narrow or angled, try repositioning the mirror slightly higher or lower on the posts for better tension.
Cannot get a clear view of the baby.
Adjust the mirror's angle using the 360-degree pivot. You may also need to adjust the angle of the vehicle's rearview mirror or the position of the baby's car seat for optimal reflection.
Mirror vibrates excessively while driving.
Check that all straps are fully secured and that the mirror itself is properly seated within its pivot mechanism. A tight fit on the headrest usually minimizes vibration.
