Troubleshooting
The sheep feels slightly wobbly on the floor
Check that the toy is placed on a completely flat surface. If the rocking motion feels uneven, inspect the wooden runners for any debris or floor obstructions.
Loosening of handles over time
Periodically check the connection points between the handles and the body of the sheep. Use a standard screwdriver to tighten any loose hardware safely.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
The rocking sheep arrives ready to provide immediate play once removed from its packaging. To maintain the life of the product, place the toy on an even floor surface to prevent uneven wear on the wooden runners. For care, use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the plush upholstery if surface stains occur; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that could affect the certified fabric quality. Regularly inspect the wooden screws and handles to ensure they remain tight and secure after repeated use. Because the item is constructed from solid wood, it should be kept away from direct heat sources and excessive moisture to prevent warping of the frame.
