FAQs

Will this bag fit a wide bedchair?

Yes, the bag is specifically designed to accommodate both standard and wide sleep systems.

Is the material waterproof?

The 600D PU-backed fabric is highly water-resistant, protecting your gear from rain and surface water.

Are there internal pockets for extra storage?

No, the design focuses on a large, open compartment for the bedchair to maximize protection and ease of packing.

How do I clean the bag?

Wipe the surface with a damp cloth or sponge. Avoid harsh detergents that could degrade the water-resistant coating.

Can I use this for other gear besides a bedchair?

While intended for bedchairs, the large, rectangular shape is also suitable for transporting folding chairs or large bivvy mats.

What is the warranty period?

Please consult your original purchase documentation or the retailer where you bought the bag to verify specific warranty terms.

Troubleshooting

Difficulty closing the main zipper

Ensure the bedchair is fully folded and that no fabric flaps are caught in the zipper teeth.

Bag feels too heavy to carry

Utilize the dual side loader handles for two-person lifting instead of relying solely on the shoulder strap.

Fabric looks dirty after a session

Use a soft brush to remove dried mud, then wipe with a sponge and lukewarm water.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely durable 600D water-resistant fabric
Versatile size fits both standard and wide bedchairs
Dual tensioning straps keep gear stable and secure
Multiple handle options for versatile lifting and carrying

Cons

Large physical footprint may occupy significant barrow space
No external pockets for storing accessories or pillows
Heavy-duty fabric adds some base weight to the load

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To pack your bedchair, ensure the legs are fully retracted and the frame is in its folded position. Slide the bedchair into the bag horizontally, then utilize the internal tensioning straps to lock it in place before zipping the main compartment.

Compatibility: This bag is compatible with the vast majority of standard and wide-frame bedchairs on the market.

Care Instructions: Keep the bag performing at its best by wiping it down with a damp cloth after each session to remove mud and grit. Do not store the bag while it is wet for extended periods, as this can trap moisture. Allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources to preserve the PU-backed coating.
