The Actiaspet Extra Large Triangle Hutch is an ideal outdoor housing solution for rabbit and guinea pig owners who need a secure, space-efficient enclosure that utilizes garden corners or fence lines. It provides pets with a generous 180cm width for exercise and comfort while protecting them from the elements with its waterproof cover, though potential buyers should note that the unit lacks an integrated floor for direct ground contact.

No, this hutch is designed as an open-bottom enclosure to allow for grazing on grass.
Yes, the cover is fully removable, allowing you to choose between maximum ventilation or weather protection.
The integrated mesh is designed for standard backyard protection, though it is recommended to keep pets indoors at night.
It is designed for rabbits, guinea pigs, and similarly sized small pets.
Use the easy-access openings to sweep out bedding and wipe down surfaces with a damp, pet-safe cloth.
Ensure the hutch is sitting on perfectly level ground; an uneven base will pull the frame out of alignment and affect cover fit.
Verify that the waterproof cover is properly secured over the vents during heavy rain and apply a fresh coat of water-based, pet-safe wood sealant.
To set up your Actiaspet hutch, ensure you have a flat, level area of lawn or patio. Since the unit does not have a bottom floor, it is best placed on a level patch of grass to allow pets to graze safely; if placing on a hard surface, consider adding a protective mat. To care for the unit, periodically check that the mesh connections remain tight and secure to ensure predator protection. The wooden exterior should be treated with a pet-safe wood preservative annually to prevent rot. When cleaning, simply wipe down the interior and shake out the waterproof cover to prevent debris buildup.
