Full details

The Six Peaks LED Dog Lead Run Belt is designed for dog owners who enjoy nighttime walks or runs, prioritizing safety and visibility. FAQs

How long is the retractable dog lead?

The retractable dog lead is 2.8 meters long.

What type of battery does the LED light use?

The LED light is operated by a single CR2032 coin cell battery, which is included.

Can the dog lead be used without the waist belt?

Yes, the high-quality nylon lead can be detached from the waist belt and used as a standard hand-held lead.

Is the waist belt adjustable?

Yes, the waist belt is fully adjustable to fit a variety of waist sizes.

What are the different LED light modes?

The LED light features three different modes for visibility: steady on, slow flash, and fast flash.

Is the fabric completely waterproof?

The fabric is water-resistant, and the zip is PU water-resistant, designed to protect belongings from light rain or moisture. It is not designed for heavy or prolonged submersion.

How do I clean the run belt?

Wipe the fabric and belt with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the product is dry before storing.

Troubleshooting

LED light not turning on

Check that the CR2032 battery is correctly inserted and has sufficient charge. Ensure the battery compartment is properly closed.

Lead is not retracting smoothly

Ensure the lead is not twisted or tangled internally. Check for any debris caught in the mechanism. Avoid forcing the retraction.

Waist belt feels uncomfortable

Readjust the belt for a better fit. Ensure the padded back is positioned correctly against your lower back. Distribute weight evenly.

Water has seeped into the zip pocket

This indicates heavy exposure to moisture. Dry the pocket contents immediately. The PU zip offers water resistance, not full waterproofing.
