Troubleshooting
Fire pit not igniting
Ensure the gas cylinder is connected properly and the valve is open. Check the igniter and pilot light according to the fire pit's specific manual. Verify gas flow.
Uneven seating or wobbly table
Check all bolts and connections to ensure they are tightened securely. Adjust any leveling feet on the table or sofa legs if present.
Cushions appear discolored or stained
Spot clean immediately with a mild soap and water solution. For stubborn stains, consult a fabric cleaner suitable for outdoor upholstery. Ensure cushions are dried completely.
Aluminum frame shows signs of corrosion or dullness
Clean the frame with a non-abrasive cleaner designed for powder-coated aluminum. For minor issues, a polish might restore some shine. Protect with a furniture cover during prolonged wet weather.
