Condition the leather every few months, or more frequently if the boots are exposed to harsh conditions.
Can I wear these boots in the rain?
While the boots offer some water resistance, they are not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
What kind of socks should I wear?
Wear socks appropriate for the weather conditions. Thicker socks may be preferred for colder weather, while thinner socks can be worn for warmer conditions.
How long will the boots last?
With proper care, these boots can last for many years. Regular cleaning and conditioning are key to extending their lifespan.
Troubleshooting
Boots feel stiff initially.
Allow for a break-in period. Wear the boots for short periods, gradually increasing the wear time to soften the leather.
Leather is scuffed or scratched.
Use a leather cleaner and conditioner to remove scuffs and scratches. For deeper scratches, consider professional leather repair.
Boots feel too tight.
Ensure the correct size was purchased. Try wearing thinner socks or consider having the boots professionally stretched.
