Troubleshooting
Nappy leaking
Ensure the nappy is the correct size for your baby's weight (15-20 kg for Size 6). Check that the leg cuffs are unfolded and properly positioned around the thighs, and the waistband is snug but not too tight.
Skin irritation despite being hypoallergenic
While rare, if irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a pediatrician. Ensure the nappy is changed promptly when wet, as prolonged exposure to moisture can irritate any skin type.
Wetness indicator not working
The wetness indicator strip may become less sensitive over time or if exposed to external moisture before use. This does not affect the nappy's absorbency or leak protection. Manual checks are always an option.
