Use the provided charging cable. Connect it to the back of the watch, aligning the pins, and plug the USB end into a power source.

The watch has an IP68 water resistance rating, making it suitable for splashes, rain, and showering. However, it is not designed for swimming or submersion in water.

Go to the watch face settings, either by long-pressing the current watch face or through the settings menu. You can then select a pre-installed watch face or download new ones through the Reflex Active app.

Open the Reflex Active app on your smartphone, go to the device settings, and look for a firmware update option. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the software.

Try restarting the watch by long-pressing the power button. If that doesn't work, try resetting the watch through the settings menu (note: this will erase your data).

The watch connects to your phone via Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that the watch is paired to your phone through the Reflex Active app.

Ensure the watch is charged. Connect the charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes. If the problem persists, try a different charging source.

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Restart both your watch and smartphone. Unpair and re-pair the watch in the Reflex Active app's Bluetooth settings.

Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist. Move the watch higher up on your wrist, away from the wrist bone, and ensure the sensor is making contact with your skin. Clean the sensor on the back of the watch.

Ensure your smartphone has an active internet connection. Force quit and restart the Reflex Active app. Check if the watch is still paired and connected via Bluetooth.

Check notification settings in both the Reflex Active app and your smartphone's settings. Make sure the app has the necessary permissions to access notifications.
