FAQs

How long will the mini-sized products last?

The duration depends on how frequently you use the products. Typically, the mini sizes last for about 2-4 weeks with twice-daily use.

Can I use this system if I have oily skin?

This system is designed for dry to combination skin. If you have oily skin, it is recommended to consult a dermatologist for a tailored routine.

Can I use the products on my body?

While the products are primarily designed for the face, you can use the cleanser on other areas of your body. Avoid using the exfoliating toner on sensitive areas.

What order should I use the products?

Use the All About Clean Liquid Facial Soap, followed by the Clarifying Lotion 2, and finish with the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion.

Is this system suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, it is suitable for sensitive skin. However, a patch test is recommended before use. If you have any concerns, consult with your dermatologist.

Can I use other products with this system?

Yes, you can incorporate other products, such as serums or sunscreen. Apply them after the moisturizer.

How often should I exfoliate?

The Clarifying Lotion 2 is designed for daily use, but you may adjust the frequency based on your skin's tolerance.

Troubleshooting

Skin feels dry after using the system.

Ensure you are applying the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion immediately after the Clarifying Lotion 2. You may need to use a slightly larger amount of the moisturizer or consider adding a serum for extra hydration.

Skin is irritated after using the toner.

If your skin is sensitive, start by using the Clarifying Lotion 2 less frequently (e.g., once a day or every other day) or consider diluting it with water. Discontinue use if irritation persists.

Breakouts after starting the system.

This can sometimes happen as your skin adjusts to the exfoliating toner. Continue with the routine, but if breakouts worsen, consult with a dermatologist.

Products seem to be running out quickly.

Use the products sparingly, following the recommended amount. The mini sizes are designed for travel or for testing the system; you may need to purchase full-sized products for longer-term use.
