Setup, Compatibility & Care
Proper preparation is the most critical step for a professional finish. Start by ensuring the target surface is clean, dry, and entirely free of grease, dust, or wax. If the surface is already glossy or smooth, lightly abrade it with fine-grit sandpaper to improve mechanical adhesion, and ensure all loose debris is wiped away. When applying to plastics, the use of a dedicated plastic primer is highly recommended to ensure long-term durability. Before beginning your main project, perform a test spray on a scrap piece or a hidden area to verify compatibility and color consistency. After finishing, invert the can and spray briefly to clear the nozzle, preventing it from clogging for future use.
