Product Information
Full details
The RICOH fi-8820 Image Scanner offers high performance, reliability, and usability to maximize productivity, making it a flexible, reliable, and cost-effective scanning solution. Designed for operations with limited budgets, the fi-8820 boasts a 500-sheet Automatic Document Feeder capacity and a scanning speed of 120ppm, suitable for high-volume document scanning. It ensures consistent performance with high-speed USB 3.2 or Gigabit LAN connectivity. The scanner features a wide 105° opening angle and internal LED lights for easy maintenance. Advanced paper protection features like Stapled Documents Detection and Intelligent Multi-Feed prevent stoppages by recognizing when to halt for labels, sticky notes, or photos. It handles various document types through two feed paths: a U-turn ADF and a straight-through path for documents up to 1.25mm thick. The Automatic Profile Selection feature accommodates mixed document batches. RICOH Image Scanners provide industry-leading OCR accuracy and exceptional image quality via Clear Image Capture technology and the PaperStream IP driver, which optimizes file size and reduces noise. The fi-8820 includes its own PaperStream software and is compatible with other capture applications, including PaperStream Capture Pro. Predictable running costs are supported by tiered service plans and fixed-cost consumables. Optional post-imprinting for front and back sides is available. Engineered by a world leader in document scanners, the fi-8820 offers trusted scanning solutions. The box includes: RICOH fi-8820 Image Scanner, Pick Roller (700K), Brake Roller (700K), Separation Roller (700K), Power Cord(s), Setup DVD, USB 3.0 Cable, Getting Started Guide, Quick Installation Sheet, Safety Precautions Sheet, and Warranty Sheet.
