Yes, the silicone rack is designed to enhance airflow, making it highly effective for use in convection or fan-assisted ovens.

How do I remove stubborn stains from the silicone rack?

For tough stains, soak the rack in warm soapy water for 15 minutes before scrubbing gently with a soft brush.

Does the juice well hold a lot of liquid?

Troubleshooting

Silicone rack is slippery on the roasting tin surface

Ensure both the rack and the tin are completely dry before placing the rack inside the tin to increase friction.

Food is sticking to the silicone rack

Lightly coat the rack with a small amount of cooking spray or oil before placing your food on it to improve non-stick performance.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your MasterClass Roast and Rest Gift Set stays in good condition, follow these guidelines:

Setup: Ensure the silicone rack fits securely within your existing roasting tin before adding ingredients.
Compatibility: The rack is safe up to 220°C. Check your oven settings to ensure you do not exceed this limit.
Rack Care: The silicone rack is dishwasher safe. If you prefer to hand wash, use warm soapy water and a soft sponge.
Board Care: Hand wash the wooden board using warm water and mild detergent. Do not submerge it in water or place it in the dishwasher. Periodically treat the wood with a food-safe mineral oil to prevent drying or cracking.
