This guide is for adult cat owners looking for a nutritious and varied wet food option for their feline companions. The key benefit is providing a complete and balanced diet with exciting dual-flavor combinations to satisfy picky eaters, though the primary caveat is the need for proper portion control to avoid overfeeding. This product offers a variety of flavor pairings in convenient 85g pouches, designed to meet 100% of your adult cat's daily nutritional needs.

The 'Duo' refers to the dual flavor combinations in each pouch, designed to offer more variety and appeal to cats that may be fussy eaters or bored with single-flavor options.
This product is specifically formulated for adult cats (1+ years). Kittens and senior cats have different nutritional needs, and a food tailored to their life stage should be used.
Feeding guidelines vary based on your cat's age, weight, and activity level. Refer to the feeding chart on the product packaging or consult your veterinarian for personalized recommendations. As a general guideline, a 3kg cat may need approximately 2.5 pouches per day, and a 4kg cat around 3 pouches per day, but this is just an estimate.
Yes, you can mix wet and dry food. Ensure you adjust the total daily caloric intake to avoid overfeeding. A common approach is to feed half wet and half dry, or to use dry food for training rewards.
It means the fish used in the recipe comes from fisheries that are managed to ensure the long-term health of fish populations and marine ecosystems, reducing the environmental impact of fishing.
Cover any unused portion, refrigerate, and consume within 2 days. Ensure the food is not left at room temperature for extended periods.
The mixed pack includes Chicken & Cod, Salmon & Turkey, Tuna & Trout, and Beef & Poultry.
Ensure the food is served at room temperature, not too cold. Try introducing it gradually alongside their current food. Some cats may prefer one flavor combination over others; try a different variety from the mixed pack.
This can occur when switching foods too quickly. Revert to their previous food and reintroduce Whiskas Duo Surf and Turf gradually over a longer period (10-14 days). If symptoms persist, consult your veterinarian.
Ensure you are tearing from the correct notch. If a pouch is damaged, do not use the food inside and contact customer support.
This product requires no setup, as it is a ready-to-serve food. It is compatible with all adult cats, but always introduce new foods gradually over a period of 7-10 days to avoid digestive upset. To serve, simply tear open a pouch and empty the contents into your cat's food bowl. Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry place. Once opened, any unused portion should be refrigerated in a sealed container and consumed within 2 days. Ensure fresh drinking water is always available for your cat. Clean food bowls daily to maintain hygiene.
