This guide is for anyone using Faithfull Plastic Packers Wedge Spacers, designed to level and shim various construction elements. The key benefit is their ability to provide precise leveling and support, unlike traditional timber spacers. However, remember that while they are water-resistant, they may not be suitable for all extreme load-bearing applications.

Yes, you can trim these shims using a utility knife or a similar cutting tool to fit the required space. However, be cautious when doing so.
The pack contains a total of 100 assorted wedges.
These shims can be used with wood, metal, concrete, and most common construction materials.
The shape is designed to hang from a frame fixing.
Ensure the tapered end is being used for insertion. You may need to use a tapping tool to gently insert the wedge. If the gap is too tight, consider a thinner shim or trimming the wedge.
Reduce the load on the shim. Consider using a thicker shim or multiple shims to distribute the weight more evenly. Ensure the load is not excessive for the shim's size and material.
Setup: The Faithfull Plastic Packers are ready to use straight out of the pack. No assembly or special setup is required.
Compatibility: These shims are compatible with most construction materials, including wood, metal, and concrete. Ensure they are compatible with the specific application.
