FAQs

What kind of stains does this product remove?

This product is specifically designed to remove ballpoint ink and felt tip stains.

How long should I leave the solution on the stain?

Leave the solution on the stain for 3 minutes. For larger or stubborn stains, leave it for up to 10 minutes.

Do I need to wash the garment after treatment?

It is not always necessary, but washing the garment as usual after the stain is removed can help ensure that all traces of the stain and solution are gone.

Can I use this on delicate fabrics?

Always test on an inconspicuous area of the fabric first to check for colorfastness before applying to the stain.

What should I do if the stain doesn't come out?

Repeat the treatment process, and allow the solution to work for the full recommended time. If the stain persists, the fabric or stain may not be suitable for this product.

Troubleshooting

Stain remains after the first application.

Repeat the treatment process. Allow the solution to work for the recommended time and dab with a clean cloth.
