The canopy is made of durable polyester with a PVC coating, offering excellent weather resistance against sun and light rain, but it is not designed to be fully waterproof in heavy downpours.
Does the remote control come with batteries?
Information regarding included batteries for the remote control is not specified. Please check the product packaging or manual.
What is the minimum installation height required?
A minimum installation height of 2.5 meters is required for proper mounting and operation.
Can I leave the awning out in windy conditions?
While the frame is robust, it is advisable to retract the awning in high winds to prevent damage to the fabric and mechanism. Consult the product manual for specific wind rating guidelines.
How do I clean the awning canopy?
Clean with a mild soap and water solution using a soft cloth or brush. Rinse and allow to air dry completely before retracting.
What is the benefit of the full cassette design?
The full cassette design encloses the canopy and mechanism when retracted, protecting it from dust, dirt, rain, and UV damage, thus extending its lifespan and maintaining its appearance.
Troubleshooting
Awning does not extend or retract
Ensure the remote control has working batteries and is within range. Check that the power connection to the awning is secure and that there are no obstructions preventing movement.
Remote control is unresponsive
Replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no large metal objects or other electronic devices interfering with the signal. Try re-pairing the remote if applicable (refer to specific manual).
Canopy appears to be uneven or sagging
Check for any debris caught in the roller mechanism or fabric. Ensure the awning is fully extended and that the pitch is set correctly (if adjustable). Minor wrinkling may occur after prolonged retraction and will typically smooth out when extended.
Awning makes unusual noises during operation
Inspect the roller mechanism and arms for any foreign objects or damage. Ensure all mounting bolts are tight. If noises persist, consult the product manual or customer support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Installation requires a solid mounting surface and a minimum ceiling height of 2.5 meters. It is recommended that installation be performed by two adults and potentially a professional installer due to the weight and size of the unit. Ensure all mounting hardware is securely fastened according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Compatibility: This awning is designed for outdoor use on patios, decks, or above large windows where adequate vertical space is available for mounting. It is operated electronically via a remote control.
Care: Clean the canopy regularly with a mild soap and water solution using a soft brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before retracting. Periodically check the frame and mounting points for stability. Store the awning in its fully retracted, closed cassette position when not in use for extended periods or during inclement weather to maximize its lifespan.
