Use the electronic temperature controls located inside the freezer to adjust the temperature. Consult the user manual for recommended settings.

Press the SuperFreeze button to activate the function. The freezer will rapidly lower the temperature to quickly freeze food items. The function will automatically turn off after a set time.

Unplug the freezer and clean the interior with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.

Check if the door is completely closed. If the door is open for too long, the alarm will sound to alert you. Make sure there are no obstructions preventing the door from closing.

The NoFrost system automatically defrosts the freezer, so you do not need to defrost it manually.

The storage time during a power failure is 9 hours.

Check the power supply and ensure the freezer is properly plugged in. Verify that the circuit breaker has not tripped.

Ensure your home Wi-Fi network is operational and that the freezer is within range. Restart the freezer and your router, and re-enter your Wi-Fi credentials in the Home Connect app.
