Troubleshooting

Camera does not fit securely

Adjust the position of the removable dividers to better accommodate your camera's size and shape. Ensure all straps are properly fastened.

Zipper is stiff or difficult to close

Check for any fabric obstruction. Gently pull the fabric away from the zipper track. Apply a small amount of wax or silicone lubricant to the zipper teeth.

Bag feels too bulky when carrying

Re-evaluate the packing arrangement to optimize space. Remove non-essential items or consider using the separate accessory pouches individually for lighter loads.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Compatibility: This case is designed to fit a wide range of professional camcorders, including models from Canon (XA50, XF series), JVC (GY-HC series, GY-HM series), Panasonic (AG series, HC-X1), and Sony (FDR-AX1, HVR-Z series, HXR-NX3, PMW series, PXW series). Place your camera securely in the main compartment, using any available straps to prevent movement.
