FAQs

Can I run all four zones at the same time?

Each zone operates independently to maximize water flow; depending on your water pressure, you may be able to run multiple, but sequential watering is recommended for optimal performance.

What is the longest duration I can set for a single cycle?

You can program a single watering cycle to run for up to 3 hours and 59 minutes.

Is the unit waterproof?

The device is designed for outdoor use and is water-resistant, but it should be protected from extreme weather conditions and removed during winter.

Can I change the frequency to water once every three days?

Yes, the timer allows you to customize the frequency between 1 and 7 days.

Does this timer require external power?

No, the device is battery-operated, making it ideal for garden areas without access to electrical outlets.

Troubleshooting

Water is not flowing from one of the zones

Check the solenoid valve connection and ensure the programmed start time has been reached. Inspect the nozzle for blockages.

Display is blank or unresponsive

Replace the batteries with fresh, high-quality alkaline batteries and ensure they are seated correctly with proper polarity.

Water flow is very weak

Verify that your faucet is fully open and check the inlet filter for dirt or sediment that may be restricting water entry.
