Troubleshooting
Mat has a strong smell upon arrival
Allow the mat to air out in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours. The smell should dissipate.
Design appears faded
This is unlikely with indoor use. Ensure the mat has not been exposed to direct sunlight or harsh cleaning agents.
Mat is curling at the edges
Roll the mat tightly in the opposite direction of the curl and leave it for several hours, or place heavy books on the edges overnight.
