Designed for gardeners and homeowners aiming to optimize their rainwater harvesting, the Water Butt Stand - 200 Litre is ideal for anyone looking to simplify the task of filling watering cans without having to tilt their container. This durable stand provides the necessary height to clear standard bucket heights, though users should ensure their chosen surface is level to maintain optimal stability when the butt is full.

Yes, the stand is designed to support various shapes, including slimline and standard square-profile water butts, provided they do not exceed 200 litres.
Yes, the stand is built with weather-resistant materials intended for year-round outdoor use.
While the weight of a full water butt provides significant stability, you can secure the stand using anchor kits if you live in an area with extremely high winds.
While designed for 200-litre models, it can support smaller butts if the base dimensions allow for proper placement.
The stand is engineered to support the weight of a 200-litre water butt filled to capacity (approximately 200kg plus the weight of the unit).
Check if the ground is level. If not, use shims or a patio slab underneath the stand to create a firm, flat foundation.
Verify that your water butt model has a standard tap height. If you are using a non-standard or custom-mounted tap, consider raising the stand base on a small concrete platform.
To set up your stand, ensure the ground is flat and firm; using a spirit level is recommended to prevent the unit from leaning when full. Place the stand in your desired position and verify the footprint covers the base of your 200-litre water butt evenly. For maintenance, periodically inspect the stand for any debris or shifting soil. While the finish is designed to resist rust, it is good practice to wipe down the stand if it is exposed to harsh chemical fertilizers or acidic organic runoff, which can degrade the coating over time.
