Troubleshooting

Toothbrush not turning on

Ensure the toothbrush is charged. Place it on the wireless charging base and check if the charging indicator lights up. If it still does not turn on after charging, contact customer support.

Weak vibrations or poor cleaning performance

Check that the brush head is securely attached. Ensure the toothbrush is adequately charged. Clean any debris from around the brush head attachment point.

Toothbrush not charging

Verify that the USB charging base is properly connected to a power source. Ensure the toothbrush is seated correctly on the base. Clean the charging contacts on both the toothbrush and the base.

Excessive noise

Ensure the brush head is properly seated. Some minimal operational noise is normal for sonic toothbrushes. If the noise is unusually loud or rattling, check the brush head attachment and contact support if the issue persists.
