Are the cushion covers washable?

How should I maintain the furniture during off-season or bad weather?

It is recommended to keep the cushions indoors or put a rain cover on the furniture when not in use, especially for long periods or during inclement weather.

What is the weight capacity for the sofa?

The sofa has a weight capacity of 250kg.

What should I do if I receive damaged parts?

Troubleshooting

Furniture is wobbly after assembly.

Ensure all bolts and screws are fully tightened. Check that the furniture is placed on a level surface.

Cushions appear discolored or wet.

Store cushions indoors or use a rain cover when not in use. If wet, allow to air dry completely before storing.

Difficulty assembling a component.

Refer to the assembly instructions provided. Contact customer support if parts are missing or damaged.

Gas firepit is not igniting.

Ensure the gas bottle is correctly connected and the valve is open. Check that the igniter is not covered by lava rocks and is clean. Verify there are no gas leaks.

Rattan appears dirty.

Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The set comes flat-packed with most items requiring easy assembly, with the exception of the stools which are fully assembled. Sturdy galvanized steel tube metal frames with powder coating ensure durability. Ensure all connections are secure during assembly. For the firepit table, place the gas fire pit on the glass top, not under it, and do not cover the igniter with lava rocks. A 5kg gas tank is strongly recommended.

Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use. Ensure the gas bottle connection is compatible with the firepit. Check for any gas leakage at joints or the hose before initial use.

Care: The light grey PE rattan is low maintenance. For cleaning, a damp cloth is sufficient. The seat and back cushions have removable covers that can be washed. To prolong the life of the cushions and protect the furniture, it is recommended to keep them indoors or use a rain cover when not in use, especially during prolonged periods of non-use or inclement weather. Always put a rain cover on the furniture if not in use for a long time.
