Troubleshooting

Powder looks cakey or heavy

Use a lighter hand or a less dense brush to apply a thinner layer.

Powder surface feels hard or 'glazed'

Gently scrape off the top layer with a clean tissue or brush to expose fresh, loose powder.

Powder clings to dry patches

Ensure the face is well-moisturized before application and focus powder only on oily areas.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure best results, allow your liquid foundation or concealer to set for a minute before applying the powder. This product is compatible with most liquid and cream-based foundations. Store the compact in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the powder. Clean your application brushes at least once a week to prevent oil buildup from transferring back into the compact, which can glaze over the surface of the powder.
