Troubleshooting
Tent won't stand up correctly
Ensure all fiberglass poles are fully connected and inserted into the correct grommets or sleeves. Check that the guy ropes are taut and the stakes are securely in the ground.
Water seeping through fabric
Verify that the PU coating is intact. Minor seepage might occur at seams; check if seam sealant is needed. Ensure the tent is pitched correctly to allow water runoff.
Difficulty zipping doors
Check for fabric or pole obstructions near the zipper. Gently pull the fabric away from the zipper track. Lubricate the zipper teeth with a silicone-based lubricant if needed.
Tent fabric damaged
For small tears, use a tent repair patch kit. For larger damage, consult a professional repair service or consider replacing the fabric section.
