Product Information
Full details
The Flexi New Classic Cord Lead Medium is designed for dog owners seeking to provide their medium-sized dogs (up to 20kg) with freedom of movement while maintaining control. Its key benefit is the 8m retractable cord that automatically rolls back, keeping taut and preventing it from dragging. A potential consideration is that cord leads may be less suitable for dogs that chew.

Check if the button is clean and free of debris. Extend and retract the lead fully to reset the mechanism. Avoid forcing the button if it feels stuck.
Cord appears frayed or damaged.
Discontinue use immediately to prevent injury. Inspect the connection point to the casing and the snap hook. Replace the lead if significant damage is observed.
