Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup: Upon receiving the bike, it is recommended to have it professionally assembled or at least inspected by a qualified bicycle mechanic. This ensures all components are correctly torqued and adjusted, including brakes, gears, and headset. The dropper post may require initial setup based on rider preference.
Compatibility: The Procaliber 6 uses standard mountain bike component standards. Tires can be upgraded, but ensure they are compatible with the frame and rim clearance. Consult a mechanic for any major component changes.
Care: Regular cleaning is essential. Wash the bike with mild soap and water, avoiding high-pressure washers on bearings. Keep the drivetrain clean and lubricated. Inspect brake pads and rotors for wear. Periodically check tire pressure and suspension fork air pressure according to manufacturer recommendations. Store the bike in a dry place.
