Troubleshooting
Puppet does not make any sound.
Ensure batteries are correctly installed and are new. Check if batteries need replacement. Verify that the sound activation mechanism (if any) is being properly engaged.
Sound quality is distorted or weak.
Replace the batteries with fresh ones. Ensure the speaker area is not obstructed or dirty. If the plush is damp, allow it to dry completely.
Plush material appears dirty or matted.
Gently spot clean the affected area with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely. Brush the plush gently with a soft brush to restore texture.
Puppet is difficult for a child to wear.
Ensure the child's hand is properly inserted into the puppet's main cavity. This puppet is designed for 'little hands', so younger children may need assistance initially to get a comfortable fit.
