While they can be used, their specialized design is optimized for outdoor track surfaces. Prolonged treadmill use might not fully leverage their performance features and could lead to premature wear on the track-specific outsole.

The extra NITROFOAM™ Elite under the heel provides a more stable platform during the approach and landing after clearing a hurdle, helping maintain rhythm and reduce unwanted foot movement.

These shoes are primarily designed for shorter, explosive events like the 400m and hurdles. For longer distances, a shoe with more flexible cushioning and a different support profile might be more suitable.

Gently brush off dirt with a soft brush or dry cloth. For more stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Allow them to air dry completely away from direct heat.

The lifespan depends heavily on usage frequency, intensity, and surface type. For competitive use on tracks, regular inspection for wear on the outsole and cushioning is recommended. They are performance-oriented and designed for peak output during their active life.

Loosen the laces and re-tie, ensuring an even distribution of pressure. If still too tight, consider if the sizing is appropriate for your foot width.

Ensure the shoes are used only for their intended purpose (track). Excessive use on rough surfaces can degrade cushioning. Clean any debris from the sole.

Verify that the track surface is clean and dry. Ensure laces are securely tied for maximum lockdown. The outsole is designed for track grip; ensure it's not excessively worn.
