Featuring a 5cm thick high-density sponge core, it offers excellent cushioning for joint support and floor protection. No. This mat is not designed for gymnastics or acrobatic activities and should not be used as a landing or crash mat.
When folded, the dimensions are 60 x 60 x 15cm.
The surface is moisture-resistant and protects the floor from sweat, but it should not be submerged in water.
The mat features built-in carrying handles that allow you to transport it easily when folded.
It is recommended for indoor use only to prevent damage from UV exposure and environmental moisture.
The mat is 5cm thick, providing high-density cushioning for floor exercises.
Lay the mat flat and place a light weight on the folding creases for a short period to help the material settle.
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a very mild detergent solution to remove any residue, then dry thoroughly.
Setting up the mat requires only unfolding it to its full 180 x 60cm length. To ensure longevity, keep the mat away from sharp objects that could puncture the outer cover. After each session, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove sweat and oils; avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach. Allow the mat to air dry completely before folding it for storage. Store the mat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the foam or outer casing from degrading over time.
